EMSA Stickers and Rosters

 

UCSF-CCHP has created two videos to refresh our affiliate trainers' memory about ordering stickers from and sending rosters in to the California Emergency Medical Services Authority (EMSA).  These videos provide information that is accurate only for affiliates of the UCSF-CCHP Preventive Health Training Program. 

Note to Independent Trainers: Do not follow the instructions in these videos.  They apply only to trainers who work at Childcare R&R Agencies and who have been certified through UCSF-CCHP's training program (i.e. "affiliate trainers").

Immunization Requirements for Child Care: A Series of Three Videos

UCSF-CCHP has created a series of three videos, walking child care providers through the process of filling out the California Pre-Kindergarten and School Immunization Record, also known as the "blue card."  You are welcome to use these videos in your trainings.  They are in English, with subtitles available in English, Spanish, and Chinese.
