The Advocate Daily Encounter Form (ADEF)

Child Care Health Advocates (CCHAs) fill out an Advocate Daily Encounter Form (ADEF) every day they work as a Linkages CCHA. The purpose is the same as that of the DEF: to track the activities of Linkages CCHA and understand changes that occur as a result of their work in child care settings. The ADEF is the first form to track activities of CCHAs, and the research staff is looking forward to learning how services provided by CCHAs are effective in improving the health and safety of children in child care settings and their families.

The Advocate Daily Encounter Form (ADEF) was adapted from the DEF by the Child Care Health Linkages Evaluation Project.
